Land of Devastation
In the not too distant future someone pushed the button. You know, the one that's never supposed to be pushed. A few hundred years later you are one of the few unmutated humans left in the burned out remains of a world all but destroyed by nuclear holocaust. There is hope out there. You must find and reassemble the parts of the Puritron device which can clean up the radioactive aftermath. It will be difficult and you will take a beating, but you can refresh and re-equip at Sacre Base as often as you need.
